Access
Anspectra is currently an invite-only pilot. We may grant, limit, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Anspectra and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anspectra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
